Member of the Muelheimer Initiative fuer Klimaschutz e.V., Local Initiative for Climate protection

My voluntary activities at the Initiative aim to support the actions to reach the environmental objectives of the city Muelheim an der Ruhr, specially in the areas of Energy Effficiency and Environmental Sensibility.

Mentor since 2012 at the Programme MINTalente from the Technical University of Cologne (FH Koeln) and VDI.

All female mentors participating at the Programme are coming from STEM areas (Science, Technic, Engineering and Mathematics). They support students from these areas during one year. The Programme MINTalente is organised by the Technical University of Cologne and the VDI Verein Deutsche Ingenieure e.V., the Association of German Engineers.

Partner at the zdi-Zentrum DU.MINT Duisburg Niederrhein.

Among others we made workshops on wind energy for interested schools.

Marie Curie Fellows Association (MCFA)

I’m member of the MCFA since its creation in 1996 due to my individual fellowship at the European FP5 in the Framework „Training and Mobility of Researches“. Since 2006 I’m volunteering at the Administrative Board.

Main aim of the MCFA is to support the contact of the fellows with the European Commission, to identify the necessities of the fellows using inquiries and to support all activities that possibilite a better acknowledgement of the scientific activities in Europe.

Member of the Female Entrepreneur Network Schoene Aussichten e.V.

Active member of the German female entrepreneur networks MEP-net Mülheimer Expertinnen Pool and in.DU Duisburger Unternehmerinnen.
